Cadence

BCMF Arquitetos and Hardy Design sign the project of the new CADENCE office, in Belo Horizonte. CADENCE, a leading company in electronic design, is an American multinational that operates in the computer software area. Present in 23 countries and with a total of approximately 9300 employees, the company values an inclusive, whole, high- performance and innovation culture. The company has been operating in the market for more than 30 years developing intelligent electronic systems that have extremely high applications. For 7 consecutive years it has been named by Fortune Magazine as one of the 100 best companies to work for  in the world. 

The new office, which will be the only one in the Southern Hemisphere, occupies the 5th, 6th and 7th floors of the “Statement” building (Construtora Concreto), in Avenida do Contorno, Savassi region, totaling in an area of  2900 m². The ambition is to create, through architecture and visual programming, an exemplary workspace that integrates the enterprise culture and the geographical context in which it is inserted. 

It intends to be an stimulating and integrating environment, inspired by new trends in contemporary workspace: flexibility, areas of decompression, horizontality, comfort and informality. Besides that, it will meet the new security demands required due to the Covid19 pandemic.
