Bernoulli Luxemburgo 1

BCMF Arquitetos conducted another study for Grupo Bernoulli Educação in Luxemburgo, neighborhood in the South-Central Region of Belo Horizonte. The project was developed up to the preliminary study phase and did not progress further because, during the process, Grupo Bernoulli acquired the beautiful historic building over 70 years old, located on Avenida Prudente de Morais (in the neighborhood Cidade Jardim), which for years housed the former Colégio Pitágoras, one of the most traditional schools in Belo Horizonte (see more information at https://bcmfarquitetos.com/en/blog/portfolio/bernoulli-cidade-jardim-2/)

The study presented here follows the standard of other “greenfield” units, Bernoulli Vale do Sereno and Bernoulli Salvador, successfully overcoming the challenges of accommodating the entire school program and flows on a very steep and restricted plot, surrounded by neighbors in a predominantly residential block.
